Something Sweet by Maddie Lu- Coon Rapids Specializing in custom cakes and cupcakes for any event! I am a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis. I have a passion for baking and decorating cakes.

I graduated from the Patisserie and Baking program with an associates degree and High Honors. In November, I completed a 4 month internship at the Boardwalk Bakery in Walt Disney World as a part of my schooling. I opened up a bakery in Coon Rapids, Minnesota with my mother on May 2nd 2015. We specialize in gourmet cupcake flavors, custom cakes, macarons, and more.

The Andover Farmer’s Market lineup is stacked today! Come see us 2-6pm in the Riverdale Church parking lot off of Bunker Lake Blvd.

Grab your sweet treats, bread, fresh veg, flowers, eggs, meats, and fruits for the week, all while supporting local farmers, makers, and bakers!

PS…. I need to toot my own horn here for a sec…. I may be biased, but I’m also very picky about my key lime pie, and this guy is gooooooooood!!! Might even make it a permanent menu item cause yall have been asking for it for years 😂
