Well, well, well...a year in review! Here I am 1st weekend in October 2026 verse 2025. Same dress, same growing business but a much healthier, happy me!

Still a work in progress, personal and business! Love getting healthier, love my small business and love the support of the community! I thank each and everyone who has supported me in this journey, from family/friends, staff at Body Alive Crestview Hills and especially all the customers at Independence Farmers' Market this year has been amazing and we still have a few weeks left in the season!

Here at Mama Manning's, we are fully embracing fall. Its the perfect time of year for warm spices! Pumpkin pie, apple pie and toasty vanilla chai. While some of your summer favorites will still be available, we will be grabbing a sweater and headed towards the bonfire! See you at the Independence Farmers' Market tomorrow 8:30-1!

Integrity isn't about being perfect. It's about keeping the promises you make to yourself — when nobody's watching, when you're tired, when quitting would be easier.

I started Body Alive Crestview Hills Pilates/Yoga last November. Two hundred classes later, with the support of awesome instructors like Sophie and Carson, I'm still here. Still showing up. Still true to the goal.
