Ultimate S'mores Cake

I finally made this! After days of fixing up the recipe and adjusting proportions of my ingredients. This S'mores Cake has layers of toasted graham cracker crumbs, dark chocolate ganache, toasted marshmallow butter cream filling, chocolate butter cream, and vanilla buttercream. Entire cake was made from scratch (except the marshmallows).

Took 2 days of effort, but I am so happy with the result. The taste contains so much texture and brings back memory of summer campfire.

Super Mario Cake
.. the cake that is loved by 3 generations. I remember playing the 80s version with my dad, all the excitement we had together as a family, and now I am playing the same game with my son. This spring, the Super Mario Bros movie was also super cute, watching the Mario Bros on screen made us laugh all over again.

I made this cake to be shared with the whole family, just like the game and movie.

My client is "Two Sweet"

Love working with people whom give me inspiration.

With the theme "two sweet," my client wanted the cake to be topped with all kinds of sweets, but not over flowing. I created this 8" vanilla buttercream cake topped with meringue cookies, macarons, m&ms, and sprinkles.

I hope the two year old enjoyed her birthday party and all the sweets on her special day 🧁
