Fresh eggs from our backyard hens 🥚🐓

We sell these by the dozen and also use them in the sourdough breads, cookies, brownies, scones, and other baked goods we make each week. There’s just something special about using fresh ingredients right from home!

Tonight feels incredibly full circle ✨

Our sourdough sweets officially debuted at Anchor tonight, and this one means more than I can put into words.

My parents met at this bar. I spent 10 years working there before leaving to start a family, and through every season of life, the owners have remained like family to us.

Now, being able to come back with Rock River Rise & Roost and see my sourdough Cookies, Brownies, and Brookies on their menu feels so special. What started as a small hobby in my kitchen is slowly becoming something bigger than I ever imagined, and my heart is so full. 🤍

So if you’re ever at Anchor Bar & Grill and craving a sweet treat, you can now grab one of our sourdough desserts while you’re there 🍪✨
