A new creation...fresh from a customer's mind to my oven...Layered Red Velvet Brownies. One layer of rich, red velvet brownies, a layer of NY cheesecake, and the final layer is red velvet brownies with white chocolate chips.

Good morning!!! I have been asked about a possible menu several times recently. While I have not yet put one out, I am working on it. However, please know that just because it isn't listed, does not mean that it wouldn't be made. I am always up for customized ideas to keep your tastebuds happy. I am looking to expand my normal selection with a few new options...and am wanting to hear your input. What are your favorite flavors? What are those hard-to-find sweets? Do you have something in mind, but cannot find someone willing to experiment and create? Cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, brownies, etc...
I have a couple new options in mind, and want to continue creating with my customer interest as my priority. Feel free to comment, DM, or text!!!

I had a request for a cake...similar in taste to fruitcake, but without the traditional fruits...only nuts. I played around and came up with this. This was loosely based off of a combination of rum cake and fruit cake...it is a more dense cake, with warm spices...cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and a bit of ginger...pecans...orange zest...and topped with a cinnamon glaze and crushed pecans. It smelled amazing while baking...and customer has already messaged that it was just perfect.

I haven't posted much lately, but the holiday season is truly my busiest season. I just want to thank all of my customers...past, present, and future.
