Since I’ve owned the bakery for six years now, I figured this would be the perfect time for a “Meet the Owner”!
Hi, I’m Jamie! I’m a 25 year old professional pastry chef, and owning a bakery has been my dream since I was a little girl, baking with my gramma in her kitchen 🩷
I started Triple J’s Home Bakery when I was just 19 years old, and seeing how far it’s come in six years is something I’ll never take for granted. Being able to spend my days baking and creating pastries is incredibly special to me, and I truly can’t imagine doing anything else. 🥐🧈
What started as a dream and a love for baking has grown into something bigger than I could have ever imagined. Every cake, cupcake, croissant, and pastry is made with so much care, and being able to create for this wonderful community every day is something I will never take for granted.
Thank you all for allowing me to live out my dream every single day. I appreciate it so much more than I’ll ever be able to express 🫶🏻
