What you’re going to learn:

We love chocolate; the Food of the Gods! In this interactive class you’ll learn a little history, how to temper chocolate to create your own delicious truffles. We go over how to infuse flavors and textures into chocolate, decorate using colored cocoa butter and more. Just like we use for our truffles, we will work with premium couverture chocolate to make the highest quality products.
Go home with your own box of truffles.
