Is anyone interested in me getting back into making, baking and selling bread. I kinda just stopped and im thinking of baking for more than just my family again.... any interest? I know we have a wonderful bakery in West Alex now who sells yummy sourdough creations.

Im thinking just sticking with my normal yeast breads with fresh milled flour...

Currently making bagels for my kids breakfast in the morning. 😋

They are made with organic fresh milled flour. (hard white wheatberries from Azure Standard)

Ingredients: hard white wheatberries, milk, eggs (fresh from my neighbors chickens), sugar, salt, yeast, butter, and rice flour.

Make the croutons and save yourself some money!

Oil, melted butter, seasonings of choice (garlic, salt, parsley, Italian seasoning for this batch) this is 3 slices of bread... one being the end piece. Bake 400 until crunchy.

They are going to be delicious on a chopped salad tonight. Thanks mom (Coral) for salad from your garden!

Looks a bit rough. But I tried making spaghetti noodles for the first time.. im sure they will be delicious at dinner time tonight. Freezing some for later also.
