Introducing Sweet Gerard’s Dubai Chocolate Shortbread-a luxurious treat, made with the finest ingredients and inspired by the widely popular Dubai chocolate bars.

Our homemade butter shortbread-with a slight hint of cinnamon serves as a crunchy, buttery base.
Next, we create a decadent filing made with butter toasted kadayif (thinly shredded phyllo) covered with a very high-quality Sicilian pistachio creme.
Lastly, the bar is topped with a rich, smooth Guittard dark chocolate layer and sprinkled with sea salt flakes.

Last weekend, Nar’s parents celebrated their golden 50th Wedding Anniversary! Mom wanted just a simple cake. Nar decided to create a classic white 3-tiered wedding cake with fresh flowers in the theme of the event’s florals. Thank God the cake withstood the triple digit heat! Such a blessing to be surrounded by their beloved family and friends as they celebrated this amazing milestone! Love you Mom & Dad!

Team Sweet Gerard’s is walking in loving memory of our sweet boy, Gerard and in honor of our baby girl, Alenna Kalea in the 15th annual Walk for Kids benefitting Ronald McDonald House Orange County (RMHOC). During the course of our children’s complicated medical journeys, we were in and out of Children’s Hospital Orange County (CHOC) and RMHOC became our “home away from home”. Because we live quite a distance from CHOC, RMHOC provided a place for us to stay close to CHOC, a place to shower, meals and support so that we could focus on the care of our children while they were in the hospital fighting for their lives. If you are unable to join our team, please consider donating to this beautiful cause and help families like ours stay close to their children during the most challenging & trying times of their lives.
