I was able to get a sculpted cake in among the madness this weekend, and finally remembered to take progress photos! The birthday boy for this cake (besides being a fisherman) loves fudge popsicles, so of course that was the bait for a striped bass made of carrot cake. Sugar paste fins, modeling chocolate popsicle, and carrot cardamom cake filled with cream cheese frosting. Fish On!
