✨The sweet story behind our Dulce de Leche Crepe✨
This crepe is so very special to us, as it is inspired by our Colombian roots - more specifically by one of our favorite street-food traditions: “la oblea”.
In Colombia an oblea is a thin waffle-like sandwich filled with layers of arequipe (our version of dulce de leche), cheese and fruit sauces like blackberry.
I wanted to bring a taste of that sweet memory to Easton, blending flavor of home with a French twist.
Our Dulce de Leche at both and combines queso fresco, Gouda, and topped with our house-made berry sauce. 🫶🏼
Inspired by our roots, crafted at Crepes at Casa. 💛💙♥️
