They will offer blood pressure, cholesterol, iron and A1C, BMI and mental health screenings. At the end of your screening they will provide 1 on 1 on site consultation to help you understand your results and assist with lifestyle changes you can make. Currently craving: spring desserts!

These lemon blueberry cinnamon rolls have such a bright flavor! The white chocolate raspberry scones are incredible alongside a cup of hot tea and a book. And the almond tulipes with ice cream and strawberries on top may or may not be my all-time favorite dessert... 🍓
