🐝 A Little Update from Nini's Honeybee Bakery 🐝

It's hard to believe it's been a couple of months since I've stocked the farm stand or pulled a fresh batch of goodies from the oven for all of you.

I wanted to check in and let everyone know that I haven't forgotten about this little bakery or the amazing people who have supported it. I truly miss baking, seeing your orders come through, and sharing a small piece of my kitchen with our community.

When I stepped back, the hope was that we might be able to reopen sometime around July. While that's still a possibility, I want to be honest that it may end up being later than that.

As many of you know, we're preparing to welcome our first baby, and right now our focus is on getting ready for this new chapter of life. Between working full-time, preparing for parenthood, and keeping up with everyday life, we're doing our best to take things one day at a time.

The bakery isn't forgotten. It's still something I love, and I hope to be back in some form when the time is right. Whether that means a full return, occasional pop-up sales, or farm stand days here and there, we'll just have to see what this season of life allows.

In the meantime, if we have extra goodies available, we'll be sure to post them here. That includes jams and other products from Jam'n B's, as well as the occasional baked treats when I have time to make them. It's not quite business as usual, but it's a way for us to continue sharing a few homemade favorites when we can.

Thank you for your patience, your support, and for sticking with me while I navigate this exciting and busy chapter. It means more than you know.

Until then, I'll be over here nesting, preparing for our little honeybee's arrival, and looking forward to the day I can bake for y'all again. 💛🐝

The ovens are warming up and we’ve got a fresh lineup ready for you! Here’s what we currently have open for pre-orders:

🍞 Artisan Loaves – $8 (full size)

🍪 Sweets & Treats:

• Peanut Butter Cookies
• Lemon Drop Blueberry Muffins

⏰ Pre-orders close Friday at 5 PM sharp, so don’t wait too long or the goodies might wander off to someone else’s table 😉

📍 Pick-up will be Sunday anytime after 11 AM.

Hey y'all 💛🐝

I’m going to push this weekend’s farm stand to next weekend, and moving it to pre-order only. Pick up will still be on Sundays. I truly hate having to do this and I’m so sorry for the change, but I have a lot going on behind the scenes right now and I’m just not feeling my best. I want to make sure I can show up fully and put out the quality you all expect from me.

As of right now, next weekend will be pre-orders only. I may still roll the stand out with a few extras and I’ll keep you all updated on that.

Also, just a heads up that next weekend will be my last weekend open for a few months, so I appreciate your patience and support now more than ever. Fingers crossed we will be back open in July!🤞

🚨BIG UPDATE ALERT🚨

Keep an eye out tomorrow for our Sunday farm stand menu drop! 🍪🐝

We wanted to give everyone a quick update—April will be our last month open for a little while. We’ll be taking a short break during May and June to focus on some personal matters and get a few things in order behind the scenes.

We truly appreciate all the support, orders, and kindness you’ve shown Nini’s Honeybee Bakery. It means more than you know. 💛

We’ll be back in July with an update on what’s next, and we’re excited for what the future holds. Until then, be sure to grab your favorites this month while they’re still available!

Posting our April schedule so everyone knows when the farm stand will be open and when we’re doing pre-orders only.

🐣 This week we are CLOSED while we celebrate Easter with family. Wishing everyone a wonderful Easter weekend filled with good food, sweet treats, and lots of time with the people you love! 💛

You’ll also notice our farmstand has switched from Saturdays to Sundays. This change helps me balance a few things going on in my personal life while still giving everyone the chance to stop by and shop the stand instead of always having to pre-order.

Hey y’all 💛🐝

I wanted to take a minute and be a little more real with you guys for a second.

I’ve got some things going on in my personal life right now — everything is okay, but it does mean I need to slow down a bit and make some changes that better support me behind the scenes.

As much as I love baking all the things and filling the stand to the brim, staying up until all hours of the night just isn’t something I can keep doing right now.

So here’s what that means moving forward:

✨ Saturday farm stands may have a smaller, more focused menu
✨ If y’all are wanting the bigger menu, I will happily move the stand to Sundays
✨ Pre-orders are still open, but some items (like breads, cinnamon rolls, and longer bakes) may be split between Saturday and Sunday pickup

This isn’t me stepping back — it’s me making sure I can keep going and keep showing up for y’all the way I want to.

👉 Comment “SUNDAY” if you’d rather have bigger/full menu days on Sundays
