Chen Alisette is now dressed for the fall. Her silk tafetta cape and m**f are quilted against the cool breezes. Thanks to Michael Canadas for the pattern and Deb Evans for selling the fabric. Chen is a petite 8 3/4" Rohmer reproduction - and my favorite doll!

Bluette's 115th birthday is 2 Feb. To mark the occassion Elody Marie has a new frock. I used the 1954 Allude pattern, vintage nylon dotted Swiss and ivory French Val lace. Her buttery soft dark aqua slippers are trimmed in the same lace and pearl rosettes. Elody Marie was purchased through eBay a few years ago. This is her first costume. I could not find appropriate scaled wrapping paper so made some with marker on A4 paper.

Bijou Sophie has a new ensemble. Stephanie Ehmen's beautiful pattern was used. Sapphire silk velvet, gold/sapphire iridescent shantung and gold/sapphire jacquard along with feathers and beading. I made her costume, shoes, hat and reticule.
