1. How far in advance should I place my order?
- I recommend placing your order at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for custom cakes and large orders. For weddings or special events, a 3-month notice is ideal to ensure availability.
2. Do you require a deposit?
- Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.
3. Can I request a flavor or design not listed on the menu?
- Absolutely! If you donโt see an item, size, or flavor youโd like, please reach out for a consultation. I love creating custom designs and flavors to match your vision.
4. Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
- While I donโt offer gluten-free or vegan options yet, Iโm actively working on perfecting recipes to add to the menu in the future. Stay tuned!
5. What are your delivery options?
- I offer delivery within East Providence and nearby areas for an additional fee. Delivery fees vary based on distance. Alternatively, you can pick up your order directly from my location.
6. How should I store my cake or desserts?
- Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. If your cake has perishable fillings, it should be refrigerated and brought to room temperature before serving. Cookies and other treats should be stored in an airtight container.
7. Can I make changes to my order after itโs placed?
- Minor changes can usually be accommodated if requested at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss any changes.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
- If you need to cancel your order, please notify me at least 7 days in advance. The deposit is non-refundable, but I can apply it to a future order if cancellation occurs within the required timeframe.
9. Do you offer cake tastings?
- While I donโt offer traditional cake tastings, I can create a sample of your chosen flavors for a fee. This allows you to taste and select the perfect combination for your event.
10. Can I order a cake with fondant decorations?
- I offer small fondant add-ons and simple cake toppers. While Iโm still perfecting my fondant skills, Iโm happy to work with you on basic fondant designs.
11. Do you accommodate large corporate or event orders?
- I donโt currently accommodate large corporate or event orders, but if youโre interested, please feel free to reach out to let me know the amount needed, and I might be able to accommodate your request.
12. How do I book a consultation?
- To book a consultation, please contact me via phone, email, or through my social media pages. Iโll work with you to create a custom dessert experience that meets your needs.
13. Are there any new items or flavors available?
- Keep an eye out for new items! Iโm always working to grow my menu as I perfect and add new recipes and baked goods.
14. Can I provide reference photos for my order?
- I love working with reference photos to help bring your vision to life. However, I do not guarantee exact replication of othersโ work, as each creation is unique and crafted with care.
