I’m Karli, the President & chief bun maker here at MESSY! You may know me as the Grain Reaper, where I’m most famous for slinging cookies that are absolutely massive and worth every ounce of hype (humble brag), and now I’m thrilled to be making my debut as a cinnamon roll chef in Rhode Island’s first dedicated gluten free cinnamon roll pop up shop!
Most days you can find me in the bakery (dubbed “the crypt”) crafting mouthwatering treats, however my off time is dedicated to surfing, skiing, tending to my garden, and spending time with my favorite humans. I’m also the wild woman reading, responding, and laughing my at all of your incredible messages/comments. I’m so grateful that you’re here and that MESSY gets to be a part of your life.
MESSY is a part of MY life in a way that only makes sense for this chaotic, wild, and adventurous baker, and you can meet the brains behind these messy af buns every Saturday at ! I know I say it a lot, but genuinely, thank you for being here. I pour every ounce of my heart and soul into what I create both for and & I couldn’t be more thrilled to share it all with you. ♥️
