What do we make for our out-of-state patients at Choice Meals?
Here's Homemade yogurt with seasonal fruit, & Oregon hazelnut, olive oil, and maple granola (for protein, calcium, probiotics, fiber), and a peach and ginger iced tea (with antioxidants, a digestive aid, relieves nausea).

The best thing you can do to help is vote, and help others to vote!
Second best is to donate to Choice Meals at http://choice-meals.square.site/
or
volunteer/donate to the Cascade Abortion Support Collective at https://www.cascadesabortionsupport.org/volunteer

On Wednesday in the New York Times, ran an update on risings prohibitive costs of abortions, as many people are forced to wait to travel further for care: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2022/09/28/us/abortion-costs-funds.html?searchResultPosition=1

We did it! We have hired and trained enough staff to open 6 days a week again (closed Tuesdays)! It's taken a year and a half, but we're finally there!

Think good thoughts, this may be fragile, but special thanks to and for coming back time and time again after the shutdowns!

We are revamping our to-go menu for these uncertain times, so think of us when you need a little je ne sais quoi ❤️

As you can tell by the lack of masks and distancing, this was taken pre-Covid on Sept. 23rd 2019, Suzette's 10th birthday. We look forward to celebrating again with you soon!

Bob's Red Mill is at it again! This time they are donating $ to awesome farmers markets. My favorite is the Hollywood Market, of course, vote for your favorite by June 30th!

That's why we manufacture our products using time-honored techniques, like grinding whole grains at cool temperatures with a traditional stone mill. This production 'secret' allows us to seal in the freshness and bring you wholesome, quality fo...

Hurray!
"The move comes after Epicurious, the popular cooking website, said it would not publish new beef recipes and had been phasing them out for over a year over concerns about climate change. Epicurious cited data from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations that said 14.5 percent of global greenhouse gas emissions come from livestock."

The restaurant will no longer serve meat or seafood when it reopens, Daniel Humm, the chef, said. “The current food system is simply not sustainable, in so many ways,” he said.
