Simit now available to purchase!

These Turkish sesame seed bread rings are so delicious! I first had these on my trip to Turkey last summer and have been wanting to make them since.

They might look like bagels, but the flavor is totally different, and the texture is much more tender rather than chewy. I definitely recommend trying them out, especially if you like sesame!
