I don’t always enter pie contests at the fair, but when I do, my pie wins first place! The kicked off yesterday with its pie and chili contest, and I threw my hat into the ring with two pies: Cranberry Crumb and Maple Chocolate Walnut. After judging and at the awards, the judges awarded my Maple Chocolate Walnut Pie the first place prize! When “The Most Interesting Man in the World” () told me that he loved my pie, I was honored! Thanks to everyone who makes the Bondville Fair possible - this is the oldest continuously run fair in Vermont, and started in 1797! (Amazing!!)

Just baked Baguettes and delicious Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia were just delivered to the Italian Market of Manchester in beautiful Manchester, Vermont! There is also frozen pizza dough available in 1lb packages - makes for an easy weekend (or anytime) dinner!

Congrats to all the local graduates of LTS and BBA, especially to my kiddo Kate who graduates from this evening!!

Challah Day! 🎶 The shelves are filled with fresh Braided Challah loaves AND Everything Challah Rolls! The Everything Challah Rolls are perfect for burgers, sandwiches or toast and add a little cream cheese for breakfast, and the Braided Challah loaves make the best French toast.

I also dropped off fresh sourdough loaves, English muffins, sandwich loaves and baguettes - so, today’s a great day to stop by the Dorset Union Store! 😊
