Started making this around 2am, because I was determined and bored at the same time to make sponge cake. Vanilla sponge cake with coffee flavored cream cheese frosting topped with milk chocolate shavings. Turned out delicious 🤤

(I was supposed to make coffee buttercream frosting but didn’t have enough butter after all the baking I’ve been doing so went with cream cheese)
