I’m no longer selling cakes, but this one was on my list & I finally made it this year! I think the recipe is good, although I did cut the butter in the frosting w/ shortening (to eliminate some of the richness) & didn’t use all of the sugar & I think I used more Bailey’s (I didn’t measure). The ganache drip I made w/ semi-sweet choc chips- the frosting is pretty sweet, so milk chocolate would be too much. I hope you try it! ☘️☘️🍀

For the 1st time, my mixer has been home (I had moved to a new home & PattyCakes had started at the same time)! Chocolate chip cookies were her intro & she proved to be a perfect fit (I didn’t notice that I had painted my walls the same color! I guess I missed her at home)! I will miss you all, but it also feels good to bake at home!
