Why "spice" and not cinamon?
Great question! I am allergic to cinamon. I love "fall" spices so I've taken a few years to create my own spice blend that has no cinamon I it. It's a blend of nutmeg, clove, and ginger.
What kind of products do you use?
I use the absolute best and organic ingredients as I can. I will not lable it as organic due to not all ingredients are, but they are of the highest quality.
How do I pay for and receive my baked goods?
I have Venmo and PayPal, or cash (may change later) on delivery. For pickup we can set up meet up and delivery at time of order.
This one question I've been asked several times. I used to get confused but I understand now.
You are 50, why now? After being diagnosed with a rare migraine that keeps me in my controlled environment I started researching. I've changed our way of life and eating. I want everyone to know that we can still have the enjoyment of foods and goodies without hurting our medical issues. I wanted to control what goes in our bodies. It has become a mission.
What if I have an allergy, can you work around it?
I am trying my hardest.
I want to be able to convert recipes to peoples allergies so we can enjoy things without flaring an issue. I will be working on developing gluten free, yeast free (for my sons amazing bonus mom), whole wheat, and yes eventually whole grains.
This is my why. Let me know if you or a loved one has an allergy. I do use flour, butter, sugar, honey, eggs, and such.
