Hi I'm Harlei, I was diagnosed with Celiac two years ago and my youngest daughter a year ago. My eldest daughter was diagnosed with Type one diabetes 3 years ago and is severely lactose intolerant and my youngest daughter can't handle dairy right now either.
I found that Brownwood is severely lacking in their gluten-free Celiac safe, and dairy-free options.
I have been feeling called to help fill that need! I'm also hoping to provide options that are lower carb and won't Spike that blood sugar!
I have my Texas food handle certification and I am super excited to start my micro Bakery!
I'm hoping to start taking orders in March so be on the lookout
