🍯🐝 A Sweet Partnership, Rooted in Idaho
We're grateful for our friends at Steele Legacy Honey, whose local honey adds a little Idaho sunshine to so many things we serve at Eagle Coffee & Bakery.
Their honey finds its way into our bakery creations, naturally sweetens many of our teas, and is available by the jar if you'd like to take a taste of Idaho home with you.
What makes Steele Legacy Honey special isn't just the honey itself. It's the family behind it.
For three generations, the Steele family has cared for bees and carried forward the traditions of professional beekeeping. Today, Goose and Malia Tate continue that legacy, sharing their passion for bees, honey, and agriculture with the Treasure Valley community.
Summer is the perfect time to connect with them. You'll find them at the Boise Farmers Market, and this season they're also offering guided hive tours and honey tastings. They'll provide the bees, beekeeper, and suits; you bring curiosity (and maybe a few friends).
