Creative Memorie's Gingerbread Fun collection launches tomorrow, but if you are in need of a little gingerbread treat, I HIGHLY recommend this Soft Gingerbread Cookie recipe from my friend Christi over at Love From The Oven. I made these to take to a day crop yesterday and everyone loved them! Quick, easy, delicious - everything a cookie should be. I do adjust the amount of ginger I use - 1/4 tsp vs the 1/2 tsp. Personal preference! :)
