What is fika? A Swedish tradition of slowing down with a cup of coffee and something sweet, alongside people you care about.
It is not about the pastry (although that helps). It is about the pause.
In Sweden, even the Volvo factory floor stops for fika every day. Coworkers, neighbors, friends, they all take the time. We started FikaTime because we needed that pause in our own lives. Now we bake so you can have it in yours.
