Gets the best of me sometimes 😂

I always think…
“Omg they were totally raw”
“They found a hair in one and don’t know how to tell me”
“The crusts were all falling apart and they got mad”

More often than not, I do get feedback messages back from customers saying “we devoured them so fast we forgot to take a photo”. I’m such a foodie and love to let “my camera eat first” but not everyone is like that and it’s okay 🤎 Not all good things are meant to be photographically captured but more, genuinely and organically enjoyed.

Blessed to have my cheesecake community no matter what.

Only another month or so to get those huckleberry cheesecake orders in! We didn’t get much rain this season, so there aren’t many berries to begin with but I know a guy 😏

Being this is a seasonal flavor— these guys go for $60. Now, I know your jaw is on the floor but let me break it down… It typically takes a whole pound of berries to top these full sizes and a pound of wild mountain huckleberries is approximately $20. So I don’t break even with that price considering my specialty cheesecakes are only $45.

Regardless of pricing, I promise it’ll be worth it.
A classic, rich and creamy vanilla cheesecake.
Perfect balance of tart and sweet berries bursting with flavor.
