True Light Photography •Destination Wedding Photographer captured these cutie headshots at the 4th annual Luxe Beauty and Wellness Community Market (Danni Reynolds | Esthetician |📍825 E Medford, OR) over the weekend, which ONCE AGAIN, treated me so well and I’m obsessed 🩵

I’m incredibly blessed to be constantly surrounded by women and other businesses who support, hype and cheer each other on no matter what. No matter what stage of motherhood or business-hood we’re in!

So many new faces here lately, wanted to re-introduce myself! Hi! I’m Elly — the baker, owner, recipe dreamer, box packer, social media manager, and the professional cheesecake tester behind Elly’s Eatery 🙌🏼

After spending 8 years in the service as a culinary specialist and becoming a mom shortly after, I finally took the leap to start something from scratch…

Over just this last year, I’ve baked more cheesecakes than I could possibly count, collaborated with incredible local businesses, hosted pairings, filled countless boxes, met SO many wonderful people and learned approximately 47 lessons the hard way. All while watching this business grow.

Somewhere along the way, Elly’s Eatery became so much bigger than cheesecake. It became this little community of people who get excited about a new flavor drop, tag their friends, tell someone “you HAVE to try her cheesecakes”, trust me with their celebrations and continue coming back for another box.

For anyone new here, cheesecake is very much my love language. I love taking familiar flavors and giving them a little Elly’s Eatery spin — sometimes classic, sometimes a little boujee. If it sounds like it might work in cheesecake form, chances are I’m going to try it.

I’m incredibly proud of how far this business has come, but I’m even more excited about where it’s going. I’m still learning, still experimenting, still growing and still pinching myself a little that I get to call this mine.

To those of you who have been here from the beginning — thank you. To everyone who has ordered, reordered, come through porch pick-up, shared a post, left a review, recommended me, attended an event, collaborated with me, or simply cheered me on from the sidelines… you have helped build Elly’s Eatery.

And to all the new faces — welcome to my corner of Southern Oregon. Come hungry because no sweet tooth is safe 😉 Here’s to another year of seeing just how far we can take this thing.
