Hey everyone, it's time for the Valentine's Day macaron pre-sale! I am so excited to be back and to be able to start with Valentine's Day. A couple new things with this monthly box. I will be offering both a box of 12 and a box of 6! I also now have a website for ordering to help keep better track of everything. Make sure you read all item descriptions before purchasing. Pick ups are on February 13th from 5-7pm. Unless I agree to other arrangements. Again I am so excited to be back! Below is the link to my website to order.

Hello to all my Carsyn's Confections customers and followers! I am stopping by to let everyone know that I am back! With so many life challenges and health challenges last year I have been gone longer than I ever expected to be. As of right now I will be offering monthly boxes, but no custom orders. I will be starting with Valentine's Day boxes in a couple weeks, in both 12 and 6 pack boxes. As cost of supplies have gone up there will be an increase in prices and I am also going to start collecting taxes as well. I am so excited to be back and see what this year brings!

Hi to all my Carsyn's Confections followers! I know its been a hot minute and that some have been anxiously awaiting the announcement for November's variety box. I am sorry to say that there won't be one this month. I feel like my customers deserve to know why. On the 2nd of November my youngest child turned 3. This time of year has been extremely difficult these last 3 years because not only is my youngest my last baby, he is also an identical twin. Without boring you with too much detail, on 2017 I delivered our handsome set of identical twin boys at 28 weeks. 3 months early. Sadly due to a septic infection all 3 of us got we lost our sweet angel Carsyn, who I have named my business after. While I normally struggle this time of year emotionally, I thought I would be able to handle making a round of macarons but that just hasn't been the case. Between that and a recently discovered health issue I just haven't been myself. I havent forgotten my wonderful customers and I appreciate you all more than you will ever know. Thank you if you have made it this far from the bottom of my heart. ♡

Custom order of macarons for my niece's mermaid birthday last weekend. Pink and purple swirl is white chocolate strawberry and the blue ones are churro macarons. These macarons were made using sunflower seed flour because my sweet niece is allergic to almonds. She was so excited that she could eat them for once! ♡ The 2nd picture was provided by my sweet cousin who is a cake decorator and added fondant seashells to the top.

Custom order of jack-o-lantern macarons that went out today. The customer chose chocolate peanut butter macarons for the filling. Perfect for Halloween. 🎃

Custom order of galaxy macarons for a special girls birthday. Customer used them to top her galaxy themed cake. The whole thing turned out amazing. 🌌 1st picture provided by the customer.

Pre-Orders for October's variety box are now available! They are $20 a box (a dozen) and come in 6 flavors, 2 of each. Payment is required upfront to reserve your box. Pick ups will be Thursday October 15th & Thursday October 29th from 5-7pm. Just in time for Halloween weekend! Message me to order! I will send reminders the day before your pick up with my address.

About Carysn’s Confections

Hi! My name is Courtney, I am a stay at home mom and I am the owner of Carsyn’s Confections where I make homemade French macarons. French macarons are a sweet meringue-based confection made with egg whites, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, almond flour, and food coloring (if desired); with a delicious filling sandwiched in the middle.

What started as something I wanted to conquer for my oldest sons birthday turned into an obsession and a passion. My son wanted macarons for his 8th birthday after having had several in Disneyland earlier that spring. So this mom bit the bullet and made batch after batch trying to perfect these delicious devils. I had so much fun making them, and my family loved how they turned out so I kept making more, trying to perfect them each time. Needless to say my friends and family got plenty of “samples” to taste test. Several friends of mine had suggested that I start selling them. I pondered it for several months and finally decided to face my fears and dive in.

The name Carsyn’s Confections came to me pretty easily. I am lucky and blessed to be the mother to 4 beautiful children. In 2017 we went from 2 children to 4! You probably guessed it, twins! We were blessed with identical twin boys, however due to being born at 28 weeks and being septic, we lost our precious Carsyn at just 8 hours old. So the name Carsyn’s Confections is to honor our sweet guardian angel and to carry on his name. The logo for Carsyn’s Confections was inspired by our 4 children, each macaron represents a child and their favorite color.

At Carsyn’s Confections we would love to be a part of your next event. Whether that be a birthday, family get together, wedding, or just because you feel like eating some yummy macs. To have us at your next event please message me to place your custom order. Our custom order macarons are sold by the dozen, with 1 color and 1 flavor per dozen. In addition to our custom orders we will be offering a variety flavor box, by the dozen, each month. These variety boxes will be set flavors for the entire month. To order a variety box you can also message me or comment on our monthly variety box post.
