The Kneady Lady Bakery got its name from the owner's mom. While decorating cookies for her sister's baby shower, the owner apparently had too many requests. You see, Kneady Lady's owner goes all in when she bakes. Sometimes this means she ends up covered in fondant, flour, powdered sugar, or any number of other baking essentials. It's often easier to enlist help to grab the next tool she needs, bu

t these requests led her mom to (jokingly) say "Sheesh you're needy!!" Coupled with the owner's passion for giving back, the Kneady Lady Bakery was born! Kneady Lady Bakery is all about providing good food, for good. 5% of all proceeds are donated to a charity of the owner's choice (or the customer's choice if it's a large order). The charity changes from time to time, and suggestions for charities are always welcome!

You’ve heard of ‘Taco Tuesday,’ and now I present: Taco Tuesday Take Two! ✌🏼 I definitely woke up today primed and ready for it to be Tuesday only to realize it’s actually Wednesday. 😅

But honestly, tacos are a win any day of the week—especially when they’re cake! Just like the days of the week always mess with me in the summer, this cake was confusing my brain while I made it. My eyes saw ground beef, but I smelled chocolate! 😂

Anyone remember that teeny tiny baby that used to come to Eagan MarketFest with us? Well, here she is now! We celebrated her big 4 a few weeks ago. This Spider-Man/Paw Patrol loving kid decided the week before her birthday she wanted a DINOSAUR cake! 🤦🏻‍♀️

So please know, I mean it when I say I understand theme changes! If your kiddo changes their mind, we’ll always do our best to accommodate the changes to your treats if the timing allows. 😉
