ENjoy Cupcakes

ENjoy Cupcakes Delicious cupcakes from my home bakery that are free from egg, dairy and peanuts. So, it was up to me to learn how to make him safe treats. ENjoy!

Nine years ago, my handsome son Eli was born, and not long after that we discovered he had several life-threatening food allergies. I quickly realized that he would never be able to walk into a typical bakery or even enjoy a friend's birthday party treat. Fast forward a few years (and another child, Nora, born with food allergies) and here I am, launching ENjoy Cupcakes. I love making them cupcake

s, and watching them be able to eat something pretty and delicious. They are the inspiration behind the name of the bakery, E for Eli, N for Nora, both of whom are my JOY in life! I would love to make you a batch of cupcakes, too.

Hey everyone! I’m thinking of reopening the bakery with more of an overall sweets focus, not just cupcakes. Cookies and breads maybe?! What do you think?
