I found this Girl Scouts thin mint blend at the store and wanted to experiment with it. I made a double chocolate cookie with mint flavored frosting and dusted some of the seasoning blend on and it was 👌👌

Come say hi to Zach and I at the Urbana Farmers market today from 9-11! We have HUGE bagels, sourdough and regular, along with cinnamon rolls, cookies, salted caramel infused pumpkin bars and more!!! Can’t wait!

Another special request! Crème brûlée cookies!! I felt kind of sophisticated torching cookies in my kitchen today. The mom in me was worried about open flams but my inner teenage pyro said torch those bad boys!! Definitely was fun to make and as always very delicious!

I had a request to make oatmeal cream pies! Say less!!! These cookies are in the top 5 category of the best things I have ever made…so I think they now have a permanent spot on the menu becuase they are 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Oatmeal cream pies have a marshmallow cream filling. I went to the store to get some marshmallow fluff and me being me, I read the label. First of many ingredients is corn syrup…booo👎 I can do better than that! I made homemade marshmallow fluff with 3 ingredients, that alone was delicious! Smash that marshmallow cream between 2 giant chewy oatmeal cookies and you have perfection!
