If you know or not, this cookie is a chocolate and bacon dream. It is soft with hunks of bacon all throughout. Yum!

Dang. It is so good.

I love a Mississippi mud cake, and this is the cookie version of that fabulous cake.

It starts with an Oreo crust. Then it has a pecan brownie layer. It is topped with marshmallows and covered with a rich, fudgy chocolate layer.

You are going to love it-one bite at a time.
