Alright pumpkin spice fans, this one’s sort of for you😜 “Traditional without being traditional” pretty much sums up the flavor profile of this seasonal treat with a twist. Underneath a silky smooth salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream lies layers of tender pumpkin cake made with a warming chai spice blend we know you love (cinnamon, clove, cardamom, nutmeg & MORE). Each layer is brushed with a zesty orange syrup and drizzled with our deep dark caramel. A crunchy & toasty gingersnap streusel lends the perfect amount of textural intrigue.

My newest menu addition celebrates the earthy bitterness of black sesame and the bright herbaciousness of Japanese matcha. Inside you'll find layers of nutty black sesame sponge, fluffy green tea diplomat cream and a bright strawberry jam. An ethereal passion fruit Swiss meringue buttercream elevates this delicate treat to cloud 10.

While I love all of the cake children I’ve brought into this sweet world, I’m not ashamed to say that I have my favorites. For me nothing beats the rich simplicity of my ‘Classic Chocolate & Peanut Butter’.
Apparently y’all feel the same. This tried and true menu staple gets a lot of fan mail, but is clearly super fan #1.😜
