SUMMER CAMPS Kids & Teens

Let us unlock your child’s culinary world this summer with our immersive weeklong camps tailored for kids and teens! Starting June 23 2025, our Baking and Cooking Camps will give kids and teens the opportunity to learn essential kitchen skills.

Young chefs and bakers can dive into hands-on culinary fun with our expert Chef Instructor Norma Kessler. Students will work in pairs to mix, knead, roll, sauté, and bake their way to confidence in the kitchen while also learning teamwork, organization, and responsibility.

Our cooking and baking classes are 3+ hours long and focus on learning classic techniques in our warm and inviting kitchen. Please note that All Classes are held in the Home of Chef Norma Kessler. This provides a unique experience where your child is immersed into a home kitchen which they will learn in a more intimate setting and should be able to bring this knowledge to their home kitchen. Working one on one or in small groups proves to be the best experience and for learning retention. Classes are deliberately small, we usually plan for four (4) students per class, no more than six (6). All classes are “hands- on” unless otherwise stated. Norma will have students clean as they go and may even have them harvest fruit, vegetables or herbs from our organic garden.
