Trendy rectangle cake: love it or hate it?

This was a super adorable spring whimsical lemon rectangle cake adorned with macarons and flowers 🌺🩷
We LOVED it!

Things to consider with rectangle cakes:
• Sizes larger than this (18” long x 6”wide) require delivery and on-site setup
• Super long cake platter required!
• A more expensive cake due to technical difficulties, layers, delivery, and ingredients
• Fun, trendy, photo ready! 🎂

What changes??
Happy to announce we are changing the focus of the bakery to wedding cakes & dessert catering!

What! Why?
A large majority of our business behind the scenes is wedding cakes and dessert catering.
We love that the most! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
We will specialize there moving forward and change our daily hours to “by appointment only” for consultations and order pickups.

This is a good thing for us! 👰💍🎂💒
While we are sad we won’t see your smiling face for cinnamon rolls, or daily at the front counter, we are still here if you need us for your special days. Wait until you see our work on the amazing weddings we’ve got scheduled so far for 2026!
