Can't eat a dozen, or even a half dozen, bagels before they go stale? Don't worry! Simply slice them in half, stack and store in a bag in the freezer. Kept in this way they'll last for at least three months, though they've never lasted that long in my freezer!

Smiles from start to finish! Yesterday Genevieve and I rode our tandem bike from Durango to Silverton as a part of the . It was our first time riding more than 30 miles together and we had an absolute blast! There was minimal suffering and maximal good views, if anyone wants to borrow a tandem let me know.
