Teacher gift baskets that I made this week for our favorite teachers 🎄❤️

goodies from Back to Basics Store:
-local honey 🍯
-Christmas jam 🍓
-summer sausage 🥓
-fresh cheddar 🧀
-chocolate covered pretzels 🥨🍫

And a loaf of fresh sourdough from myself in their favorite flavors ❄️🍞

(I also included a pair of fuzzy socks because who doesn’t love a pair of warm, fuzzy socks in the winter)

Hot chocolate sourdough Focaccia ❤️❄️

I had a special request from a friend for this little holiday treat!

If you’re unsure of what focaccia is, it’s like a flatbread that you can make with overproofed sourdough. It’s soft and airy!

This recipe is chocolate dough with white chocolate chips, then topped with toasted marshmallows and sprinkled with crushed candy canes and mixed chocolate chips! 🍫🎄🤤

Work Christmas Party + bring a White Elephant gift calls for a snack basket from The Artisan Oven and Back to Basics Store!!

Typical white elephant gifts of lotto tickets, blankets, or candles didn’t sound fun for me this year so I wanted to mix it up.

In this basket I have a plain sourdough loaf and from Back to Basics I included a block of sharp cheddar cheese, summer sausage, strawberry jalapeno jam, local honey, and a few chocolate covered pretzels 🥨🧀🍞🍯🍓

❤️Supporting your friend’s small business is always appreciated but it means THAT much more to support them during the holiday season 🎄❤️

So excited to use these for my apple breads this fall! 🍎 🍏

I’ve always use fresh chopped apples for my bread products but that extra moisture can be a pain when proofing and baking. These dried apple cubes from Back to Basics Store are going to be perfect!!

Happy Easter from our family to yours! 🩵🐣 ✝️

The weekend was full of Easter bread orders!! Lots of dinner rolls, sourdough loaves, and protein bagels/flatbread!!

I also did a trial run for a new sourdough flavor, CARROT CAKE 🥕🐰 this flavor was mouthwatering and tasted JUST like actual carrot cake. I folded in some raisins, shredded carrot, chopped walnuts, cinnamon sugar, and brown sugar! (I also whipped up some cinnamon & brown sugar cream cheese to spread on the slices) 🤤

I haven’t been posting as much but I am ALWAYS taking orders 🩷 I have weekly and bi-weekly standing orders and take additional orders any time! 🫶

✨New Flavor Alert (and my favorite so far)✨

🧅FRENCH ONION🧅

This is a sourdough loaf created with French Onion soup mix and crispy Garlic Pepper French Onions!!! It’s absolutely delicious and perfect for sandwiches or soups!

Also pictured are a few orders I completed this weekend, Everything Bagel sourdough sandwich loaves and Protein Bagels 💛
