Sourdough shack Saturday is tomorrow!

Monroe Road is still covered in roadwork and the air is full of forest fire smoke. It’s going to be a great day to stay in and eat a family meal with sourdough grace.

I have 2 new flavors and some powerful repeat favorites to tempt you from the comfort of inside.

The Menu this week:

- The Golden Loaf— traditional sourdough with added egg yokes. Soft and subtly rich.

- Tiramisu Swirl— just what you think! Coffee vanilla dough with a swirl of cocoa.

- Buttery Cheddar Bay loaf— if you haven’t tried this savory one, do. You will not be disappointed!

- Croissant Style— this loaf makes anything you want with bread better. Toast it, unmatched pick here.

Introducing the “Golden loaf”. This is a traditional sourdough bread with the richness of added egg yokes in the dough making it lightly gold and slightly richer than a traditional sourdough.

Happy weekend Durand! Secor Sourdough is open today and loaded with all sort of delicious sourdough.
The road is under construction- park in the grass in our yard.

Honey Sourdough Sandwich
Root Beer Rocky road (marshmallows are just oozing out)

I’m in search of small pans like this one. It’s a 13 inch roaster. I’d be happy to exchange a loaf for one if you have one you don’t use.

Next weekend 🇺🇸 I’ll be opening the stand with my artisan burger buns. Lots of lots of them since the outlook for the week is HOT. Of course everyone will be grilling.

If you are counting on these for your cookout this 4th plan to either stop by early on Saturday or place an order with me to guarantee you get the amount you plan on. These run about $1 each and will be packed in a 6 pack. There will be seseme seed and everything bagel toppings.
These rolls contain milk and honey and are 100% sourdough.

If you like to place an order please text or message me. Depending on the quantity you may need to prepay. Also, funny/non funny, I have had about a dozen scammers message me trying to place orders so I might ask you a local information question to make sure you’re not from Russian trying to sn**ch my Venmo!
