A little hack for those struggling with Macarons! While this may not be a full fix (macarons are super difficult to get right) it definitely will help!

My cut out sugar cookies are a bit different, I add not only delicious vanilla, but cornstarch, almond, and butter extract.

The butter and almond, while optional, just add the best additional nostalgia flavor, and cornstarch adds a lovely chewiness that is hard to resist. Cornstarch also helps give clean, crisp edges to your shapes and prevents major spreading or distortion.
