Running Girl Bakery focuses on desserts for those living an active, healthy and potentially allergen-free lifestyle. While trained as a traditional pastry chef, Maiah Miller has developed many healthy dessert recipes avoiding common allergens such as gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, nuts and corn. Many of these recipes are created with athletes in mind, and are intended to fuel and nourish the body while still satisfying a dessert craving. Running Girl Bakery items are at Bright Coffee in Monterey, The Treadmill in Carmel, The Coffee House on Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey and occasionally at Princess Monterey Whale Watching.
