All the usual suspects for sourdough loaves

Spelt and Einkorn

Many cheese and jalapeno cheddar

Cranberry wild rice and maple oat

And three types of scones!

Blueberry lemon, Orange white chocolate, and pumpkin spice white chocolate!

I forgot to make focaccia dough yesterday so we will have the focaccia buns TOMORROW. No focaccia buns today unfortunately..

Construction on the 18th ave West and West Superior Street intersection begins tomorrow also. You can still park on Superior Street and on 18th, but it will be blocked off roughly 30 feet before the intersection. Huge thank you for finding your way here so far this summer. I know it hasn't been the easiest but I think great bread is worth it, and clearly you do too 💖

And the scones include the Pumpkin White chocolate, orange white chocolate, and blueberry lemon!

Focaccia buns include the elusive cardamom brown sugar, and everything bagel with pockets of cream cheese folded in for the perfect bite every time!

HELLO! First pic is Waffles aka Fafiel (his soul is Italian) on Monday catching some rays.

YES I have made the cardamom focaccia buns this morning as well as the every thang bagel buns. Scones are the same all week, blueberry lemon, orange white chocolate, and PUMPKIN white chocolate!

For sourdough I've got the following

Rainbow over the bakery this marnin'! I hope you're having a good morning too! As mentioned, the cream cheese filled focaccia buns are now available daily! I'm committed to offering everything I make fresh daily so bear with me as I gauge how much to bake each day. If I run out early one day, I'll make more the next day and go from there. It's tricky business to not over bake or under bake quantities.

Anywho, here's what I have for ya today!

Pumpkin white chocolate scones will be here daily for the next couple months! And I will continue to offer the blueberry lemon and orange white chocolate daily for now.

I saw a maple tree beginning to change colors this weekend and I decided I couldn't go another day without making pumpkin spice white chocolate scones! So here they are! 🎃🍁

A couple fun things for the weekend! Berry Lemon scones will be here today and tomorrow. Strawberries and honeyberries from our friends at Frozen Nort Farm - Duluth MN along with our blueberries and a hint of lemon make this scone an absolute delight!

Also in this case today and tomorrow will be the everything bagel focaccia buns and orange white chocolate scones . I'm also going to sneak a few of those cardamom sugar buns in there for Saturday!

The road construction has come to a pause until the last week of August. Despite signs reading Road Closed, you can in fact drive through the 18th ave West intersection with ease. I've taken it upon myself to commit a crime and move the road closure sign aside. So come find me! I'm still here making the freshest baked goods around!

And a couple cheeky little pumpernickel loaves that have fermented 48 hours!

And the usual scones.

There's construction outside the store today, but there is access from Michigan Street and up 18th and Superior street is open up to hungry hippie tacos so just a few extra paces to get here, but we are here with the freshest bread in town!
