Hello to all of the new followers! I thought I’d introduce myself to anyone who doesn’t know who we are. I’m Jacki, I left a job in the medical equipment industry last year to grow this crazy bread company and it has since blown up. I am mama to 2 crazy kids , 5 and 7, 20 chickens, and a 1 year old Pomsky named Denali. We have grand plans for this small business in the next year and hope you will stick around for the ride! ❤️❤️

The transformation of the start of this business to now…2.5 years ago we started with the 5 quart KitchenAid that we were gifted by my grand parents for our wedding 14 years ago. A year ago I upgraded to a 7 quart lift bowl KitchenAid. We now have upgraded to the 30 quart Hobart which is obviously a BEAST. Definitely a game changer.

I will be baking special orders on Tuesday of this coming week. Order pickup will be late afternoon Tuesday in the fredenberg area. As of right now I am baking the following:

Sourdough flights
Cookies and Cream cookies with Oreo buttercream
Monster cookies (pb, oatmeal, m&m)
Chocolate chip cookies

I can make any flavor sourdough as well
