Hoping to enjoy some scandinavian treats for Christmas? We are finalizing our Christmas orders this weekend! Please have your orders in by Saturday, December 20th. Pickup will be anytime on December 23rd.

We’ll send you a price list, arrange payment and schedule pickup!

Please give a weeks notice for your order as we will only be baking on weekends - we have full time jobs during the week!

Did someone say lefse? 🫓🥖✨

After taking a break to grow our family and settle into a new home, we’re so excited to fire up the ovens again!

The smell of fresh cardamom buns, buttery pastries, and traditional Scandinavian favorites is back in the air — and we can’t wait to share it all with you.

We will be taking custom orders for the holiday season from a limited menu that we will share soon — stay tuned!

Swedish Semlor - 3 for $12; 6 for $24

A cardamom bun that is filled with an almond paste and topped with homemade whipped cream. Dusted with powdered sugar.

Norwegian School Bread - 3 for $12; 6 for $24

Also called Norwegian School Bread. A cardamom bun filled with a vanilla bean pastry cream. Topped with a drizzle of white icing and shredded coconuts

Norwegian Keansekake Cookies - $12/dozen

Small almond cookie drizzled with a white icing. Gluten Free *not made in a gluten free facility*

Swedish Kringler - $12

An almond pastry with a buttery crust, almond filling and an almond frosting.

Swedish Kolasnittar - $12/half dozen; $24/dozen

Slightly chewy caramel cuts

Ordering and Payment Methods: Please leave a comment below with your order. I will send you a message with an order confirmation and payment details in the order received. Venmo is preferred but can accept credit card as well. Please have all payments made before pickup on Wednesday. Ordering ends Sunday at midnight.

Pick-Up: Pick up your paid order Wednesday, February 28th from 5:00-5:30 pm in Ashley Furniture Mart (Duluth old SHOPKO) parking lot.
