We will use USPS priority shipping.

1) Shipping & handling rates will be determined by the weight of your cake plus handling.

2)This will only be for fruitcakes. We will not be shipping cheese biscuits as you would receive them in pieces!

We will start accepting orders on Labor Day, Monday September 7th, 2026.

Thanksgiving orders to be shipped must be received by November 8th.

Christmas orders to be shipped must be received by December 6th.

*ORDERING PROCESS EXPLAINED*

We only take orders for the Thanksgiving & Christmas holiday season.

We do, however sell our products at 7 festivals in the spring and 7-8 festivals in the fall. You can find our festival schedules on our page. If you would like some of our products during these festival times please contact us by text at 864-379-2431 and we will make arrangements to get them to you.

We start taking orders from the general public for the Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays on Labor Day every year.

Our previous customers receive a text a week before Labor Day that allows them to get their orders in ahead of time. This is a benefit we offer them.

This is how our ordering process works. If you would like to order our products you will need to text us at 864-379-2431 and provide the following information:

> Name
> Cell Phone #
> Size cake(s) desired
> # of dozen cheese biscuits with
Roasted pecan halves
> # of dozen cheese biscuits without roasted pecan halves
> City to deliver to
> Desired date of delivery

Once you have texted this info to us we will:

1) Send you a return text confirming we have received your order.

2) 3-4 days before your order date we will text you with the time to meet us at your chosen pick up location.

In this text we will tell you exactly
where we will be at that location.
EXAMPLE: Abbeville Ingles down at the road by at the Ingles sign with our back hatch popped open.

3) In that text we will include our
Picture & a picture of our car for
your safety.

4) We will text you a reminder to meet on your delivery day.

5) We accept cash, credit, debit,
Venmo & Cash App

6) No payment required until you pick up your product.

****PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS****

***OLD FASHION FRUITCAKES***

Our fruitcake recipe is over 100 years old. Over 50 years ago a 90 year old lady shared this recipe with my mother. In turn, my mother taught me how to make it and shared the secrets to why it’s so good. After years of trying to perfect it I knew I had it figured out when one Christmas my mother tasted my fruitcake and said “Cindy, this cake is better than mine!”.

This is not your normal traditional fruitcake. Meaning it’s not loaded with all different sorts of nuts and fruit. It is a simple fruitcake that contains:
*Red cherries
*Green cherries
*Pineapple
*Chopped pecans

and we put a premium emphasis on the flavor of the batter.

Our fruitcakes come in 3 different sizes.

> SMALL LOAF - approximately 1.25-1.5 lbs give or take an ounce or two. $25

> LARGE LOAF - twice the size of the small loaf at approximately 2.5-3 lbs. give or take an ounce or two. $40

> RING CAKE - Approximately 4.5-5 lbs. give or take an ounce or two. $65

**************************************. Because our cakes do not contain preservatives, we offer the following instructions to care for your cake. **************************************
Each cake comes tightly wrapped in clear wrap. After you purchase your cake we recommend that you:
* keep it wrapped in clear wrap
*keep it refrigerated in an air tight
container for up to two weeks
*After 2 weeks we recommend that
you freeze your cake using the
following steps:

If you have a vacuum sealer:
1) wrap cake in clear wrap
2) vacuum seal the cake

If you do do not have a vacuum sealer then follow these steps:
1) wrap the cake in clear wrap
2) followed by wrapping it in tin foil
3) then placing it in a freezer bag.

TO THAW:
1) remove from freezer
2) place on plate
3) allow to completely thaw at room
temperature.
4) enjoy!

You can freeze whole cakes, partial cakes or by the slice.

**OUR FREEZING EXPERIMENT**
Several years ago I baked 4 small cakes after Christmas & froze them as described above. I thawed one after 3 months, one after 6 months, one after 9 months and one after a year.
After they completely thawed they tasted like they had come out of the oven that morning.

After Christmas, I will make a small loaf for myself and cut it into slices and freeze the individual slices to thaw out and eat with a cup of coffee during the year. Believe me, this cake is “Coffee’s best friend!”

Our fruitcakes have become so popular that we have request for them throughout the year. So we have started selling small loaves at spring and fall festivals. This prompted us to come up with the slogan “Our fruitcakes aren’t just for Christmas anymore; They’re a year round delight!”

OLD FASHION CHEESE BISCUITS

This recipe is my grandmother’s recipe. Technically, they are a cheese cracker. However, my grandmother called them biscuits. In her memory and to honor her, we refer to them as cheese biscuits. The young children think they taste like cheese-it’s although they are a little stronger in taste.
We use:
1) extra sharp cheddar cheese
2) bake them crisp
3) and we ad a hint of heat
4) sold by the dozen for $5
5) with roasted pecan halves
6) or without roasted pecan halves

And yes, they are probably like your grandma used to make!
