To help us create the perfect treats for your special moments and ensure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to review our official business policies. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Securing Your Date, Payments & Date Changes
Standard Orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on our calendar. Orders are not officially booked until this payment is received. (Note: In the rare event that an issue arises on our end and we cannot fulfill your order, your deposit will be fully refunded).
Flash Deals: Because spaces are highly limited and turn around quickly, all flash deals must be paid in full at the time of booking. (Note: Flash deals are exempt from the 2-week rush fee).
Last-Minute Custom Orders (Less than 2 weeks notice): If we have the availability to take on a custom order with less than 2 weeks' notice, payment is due in full immediately, and a $20 rush fee will be added to the total.
Moving Your Date: If you need to change your event date, we require at least 4 days' notice. Date moves are subject to our current calendar availability.
2. Timely Pickups & Abandoned Orders
Scheduled Windows: Because we are a home-based business operating on a strict production and family schedule, all orders must be picked up during your agreed-upon time slot.
Late Arrivals: We offer a 30-minute grace period. If you are running behind, please text or message us as soon as possible. Late arrivals outside of your window may need to be rescheduled for our next available pickup time.
Abandoned Orders (48-Hour Rule): If an order is not picked up within 48 hours of the original scheduled pickup date and time, it will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders will be sold to the public at a discounted price, and all payments made are strictly non-refundable.
3. Communication & Final Payments
7-Day Deadline: Communication is key! The remainder of your payment and all final design details (such as theme, colors, and reference photos) are due exactly 7 days prior to your pickup date.
Why it matters: This allows us to properly schedule baking days and source your custom decorations. If the remaining balance or design choices are not finalized by this 7-day mark, your order may be subject to cancellation or a late fee.
