Let me reintroduce myself!
My name is Gabby DeBellis, the baker behind GoodiesByGabby, based in Dublin, Ohio. My love for baking started early, watching my mom in the kitchen sparked a lifelong passion. I’ve always been drawn to creativity and artistry, but it took me some time to find the perfect outlet. That changed in high school, when I became gluten-free and quickly realized how limited the options were for desserts that were both delicious and beautiful.

Determined to change that, I pursued professional training through the Columbus State culinary program and earned my certificate in Baking. Now, I’ve taken the leap to turn my passion into a full-time journey, bringing joy to the gluten-free community with desserts that not only taste amazing but look stunning too.

I’m constantly working hard behind the scenes to perfect recipes but I want to hear from you…What kinds of gluten-free goodies are you craving? What do you want to see more of? Your input helps shape every sweet creation.
