Lahori Samosa
Not just food. A whole journey.
I’ve been told a hundred times: there are already so many samosas out there - big, small, veg, chicken, frozen, priced for convenience. Why step into this?
Simple. Because none of them tasted like home.
Every bite made me miss Lahore more, because it was never close to what I grew up eating. This isn’t about reinventing a samosa - it’s about protecting a memory.
Everything here is made from scratch.
And honestly, only if I could record the amount of muscle it takes to knead dough with pure desi ghee - because quality matters, always.
Last year came with plenty of fails. Dough that wouldn’t stay crisp for hours. Samosas that didn’t look Lahori enough (yes, that matters). Sauces that didn’t hit right.
So I spent the last two months experimenting, fixing, redoing, until everything was perfect for your iftar.
People ask for frozen. But tell me… which part of Pakistan serves frozen samosas?
We do it the only way we know: fresh, crisp, deep-fried to perfection.
And the biggest flex of all?
Zoya’s samosas come with sauces you won’t forget — the kind that make you pause, smile, and feel a little closer to home. 🤍
