Last weekend I got the pleasure to help a family celebrate their baby's 1st birthday and it was such a joy! 🧁🍪

Since they needed options that were:
gluten, dairy, nut, and egg-free, they knew exactly where to turn. I loved being able to provide a safe experience for them, letting them focus on the celebration instead of the food labels.

While making biscuits for dinner I realized I was out of butter 😅Tried a new recipe on a whim and WOW… it did not disappoint 🤯✨

Quick & easy biscuit magic👇
🥣 2 cups flour
🥄 4t baking powder
🍬 2t monk fruit sugar
🧂 1/2t salt
🫒 1/2t olive oil
🥛 3/4 cup plant-based milk

Mix it all up, scoop onto a lined baking sheet 👉 bake at 450° for 12–15 min 🔥

Fluffy, golden, and accidentally amazing 🤤👏Sometimes running out of ingredients is a blessing 😌✨

During the pandemic, like so many couples, we had to pivot our wedding plans. 💒 One thing that didn’t change was my love for baking—so I made our wedding cake. 🍰

I baked the cake sponges in my home kitchen, carefully packed them, and traveled four hours north for our wedding week, where the cake was assembled and finished. 🧳🛻

Looking back, I’ve learned so much since then—and I’m still learning every day. The cake wasn’t perfect by all means, but the day itself was even more special. 🫶🏻

With this snowstorm ❄️ and extreme cold 🥶 heading our way, I am definitely not fighting the crowds for bread. Finding safe options for my son is already hard enough, and honestly, I’d rather avoid all those unnecessary ingredients anyway! Time to bake 🥖
