Heart Of The Batter LLC Welcome to ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ญ ๐Ž๐Ÿ ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐๐š๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ, a Texas cottage bakery nestled in the heart of Driftwood, TX, where every sweet treat serves a sweeter purpose!

Thanks for dropping byโ€”I'm so glad you are here! Heart of the Batter started in a humble kitchen, but it was never just about baked goods. It was born from something deeperโ€”a desire to transform pain into purpose, to create something beautiful and healing from my personal journey. For over a decade, I walked through a journey marked by loss, waiting, and quiet heartbreak. But in the stillness, I discovered something unexpected: the strength to rise, the courage to share, and the calling to live a purpose driven life. That journey became the heart behind my debut book, Wings Unfolded: Emerging from Infertility to Flourishing. And from the pages of that story, this bakery was born. Heart of the Batter is more than a bakeryโ€”itโ€™s a love letter to resilience. Every sweet treat crafted with intention and compassion. A portion of every sale goes directly toward uplifting children and families facing life-altering challenges through our Kindness Kare Packages and custom-designed gifts that bring joy in dark seasons. This bakery is my way of baking hope into the worldโ€”one sweet treat, one story, one act of kindness at a time. Thank you for supporting this dream. When you shop local with Heart of the Batter, you're not just buying a dessert. You're becoming part of a movementโ€”where broken things become beautiful, and where we rise together, from ashes to purpose to serve others and spreading kindness in every aspect. With love and gratitude,

Stress? Absolutely. Every. Single. Order.

Especially when a tiny air bubble in the piping bag could splat huge bursts of frosting all over your cake design and you have to quickly scrape and fix and patch and redo all while working with temperature constraints and the one darn cloud in the sky. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿซ

It happens. Smile. Breathe.
Have a fab weekend friends!

'๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ฒรช๐ง'(yu-ween) is a Vietnamese word for a timely connection โ€” when simple moments or souls cross paths at just the right time.โฃ

About a year ago, a MOB (Mother of the Bride) reached out about her daughterโ€™s wedding.โฃ
โฃ
Our conversation wasn't really about cake. It was about life, purpose, and the why behind why she chose Heart Of The Batter.โฃ

At the very end she simply said:โฃ

That's the magic of Heart Of The Batter. It's more than a transaction. Behind every crossing is a person. A story. A moment I've been trusted to be part of.โฃ
