Welcome to our world of edible and organic flowers. Did you know snap dragons are not just beautiful, but also edible? - our kitchen is committed to not only baking beautiful and delicious cakes, but also growing seasonal flowers for our kitchen and a small list of florist and chefs. The flowers are grown by our sister farm . Our gardens are power by the kitchen’s waste which feeds chickens and worms and I can wait to show you the line of edible flowers happening this year.

We were commissioned by the beautiful and talented to make a beautiful cake for her friend’s wedding. I must confess that after working in this industry for decades, my heart still beats a little faster when someone tells me that I have freedom of artistry, oh so many possibilities. Well, I was inspired by the most incredible garden , but also by my very own wonderland also know as . Thank you Bebe for allowing this heart of mine to wonder in the world of buttercream flowers. May you all have a friend, client or moment in which your heart gets to dream and wonder all over again.

Such a magical day, captured by the talented Lockwood Photo + Film. We brought our delicious French and vanilla cakes with layers of both vanilla and strawberry buttercream. The flowers for this cake were organically grown by Three Fables Farm. The beautiful wedding took place at the legendary The Barn at Gibbet Hill.

We created these beautiful twin cakes and macaron tower for an intimate event. Layers of Lemon drop cakes filled with handcrafted lemon curd built into our buttercream and vanilla bean. The cakes were frosted with our signature buttercream with a delicate garden design. The macaron tower was made of cherry almond macarons, rose hip and our delicious salted caramel. The focal flowers and blueberry branches were grown and harvested by our sister company . Exclusivity, elegance, precision work and delicious treats is our language. There is something magical about weddings in New England in the holiday season. Layers of chocolate, vanilla and lemon cakes were filled with roasted hazelnut buttercream, lemon and vanilla bean, as each tier was a different flavor. In order to capture the movement of the season we harvested beautiful berries and small pine cones from our sister company . Beautiful food and tales are always being crafted in our kitchen, thank you dear couples for allowing us to be part of your story.

Welcome to our world of sugar artistry and French macarons. We were given freedom of artistry for this beautiful confection, as a creative I must say that I adore my experience, it has certainly given me some amazing tools, amazing market reviews and it has allow me to grow, but I must confess that I equally love feeling vulnerable and often try to look at my work from the eyes of a beginner. What will young Elizabeth like to learn, like to make? Where will she go to chase this idea and how many awesome little mistakes will she run into before finding the perfect piece and just like that I fall in love with my craft all over again. Misa and Alex’s wedding at the Bradley Estate was a garden dream. For our clients we created layers of fresh vanilla cake, laced in a reduction of fresh organic strawberries. The cake was filled with strawberry buttercream, we also baked our death by chocolate cake with cookies and cream. The cakes were frosted with vanilla bean buttercream and decorated with our very own fresh blooms from our sister company . Lovely blooms and delicious cakes are always happening in our studio.
